Carbone Miami

Ken Fulk designed Carbone's South of Fifth dining room around malachite-look ceiling beams, damask-upholstered walls, leather banquettes and Murano glass chandeliers, with terracotta and emerald accents that carry through to a fifty-seat patio built to read more Havana than Miami, rattan ceiling fans turning overhead above tropical greenery.
